Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
For Basic/Premium plans with session limits, additional sessions are charged at the Pay-As-You-Go rate ($0.99/session). You'll receive notifications before reaching limits.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts, ever. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans can be canceled with a prorated refund within the first 30 days.
Do you offer student or non-profit discounts?
Yes! We offer 30% off annual plans for students in clinical training and 20% off for registered non-profits. Contact sales@teja.app with verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you continue after the trial period.
Can I keep my Free plan forever?
Absolutely! Our Free plan includes unlimited clients and appointments with no time limit. Upgrade only when you need AI features or telehealth.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is for group practices (2-10+ providers). It includes multi-practitioner licenses, admin dashboard, usage analytics, centralized billing, dedicated account manager, and custom integrations. Contact us for custom pricing.
Do you sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)?
Yes, we sign BAAs with all customers on paid plans. BAAs are included automatically with Basic, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
What if I need more storage?
Each plan includes storage (Free: 5GB, PAYG: 10GB, Basic: 25GB, Premium: 100GB). Additional storage is available at $0.10/GB/month. Enterprise includes unlimited storage.
